Due to the perishable nature of our food products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns once an order has been successfully delivered.

All items are freshly prepared and packed with care. In case you face any issue with the quality of the food or receive an incorrect order, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will do our best to resolve the concern.

Refund Policy


At Gracy Super Kitchen, we process refunds only in cases where the delivered item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. 

Once your request is verified and approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
