Kozhukattai Maavu

Instruction :

1.Boil Water: Boil water with salt and oil in a saucepan.

2.Add Flour: Gradually stir in Aachi Kozhukattai Maavu, ensuring no lumps form.

3.Form Dough: Stir until the dough is smooth and thick.

4.Cool and Knead: Let the dough cool slightly and knead it to a smooth, pliable consistency.

5.Shape and Fill: Divide the dough into small balls, flatten them, and add your preferred filling.

6.Seal and Steam: Fold and seal the dumplings, then steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked.
